（中央社記者張茗喧台北28日電）不滿班表、休假等規定，台鐵近200名員工除夕當天自行休假。資深站長為了協助疏運，好幾天夜宿站內隨時協助，副站長更帶了妻兒來當志工，就連內勤也紛紛出動協助剪收票。

台北站長黃榮華在台鐵服務將邁入第34個年頭，談起員工曠職，他感嘆，130年來從未遇過春節疏運有員工想要依法休假，事前也和放話不上班的同仁逐一溝通過，希望他們不要這樣做，但他們仍決定「用自己的想法」度過新年，對於這樣的結果，他感到相當遺憾。

黃榮華說，台北站平日迎接上班族，假日則是不少旅客出遊的重要交通工具，每天乘車人次約為14到15萬人，但從昨天日班起，部分員工開始沒來上班，至今3班共少了約20人，每個時段都有4個售票窗口受到影響。

「他們不來，工作量轉移到其他同事身上，每人平均加重1成工作量。」黃榮華指出，為了補足人力，他緊急調度內勤同仁來幫忙，不少鐵路員工也自願來幫忙剪收票，就連副站長黃金和，也帶了妻兒來當志工，幫忙接電話、引導民眾，讓他相當感動。

而家住竹北的黃榮華，過年期間原本排定上3天班，卻因突如其來的「依法休假」，把例假日挪到別天再休，從24日起就住在車站裡，隨時協助調度疏運工作，只能等到年後再回家與家人團聚。

黃榮華說，這是對工作的一份感情，很多家庭也都是「靠台鐵養大的」，特別是春節期間，民眾休假了只想開開心心搭火車返鄉，若是搭車又不順，很可能影響整個過年的心情，也會對台鐵留下不好的印象。1060128

開訓第2天，統一獅除了進行靈敏度訓練課程以及水上訓練課程外，重頭戲還有「新秀小獅王跳水大考驗」，去年選秀加入球隊的新秀們都要穿上皮卡丘裝、用力喊出新年新希望，外加跨越漂浮在水面上的槳板才算完美結束，結果最後僅有潘彥廷和陳傑憲順利通過考驗，運動神經發達的陳傑憲還秀了一招「側翻跳水」，讓人驚豔。

「其實來之前就有點猜到(要扮神奇寶貝)，只是以為是大家各扮演一隻，沒想到都是皮卡丘。」陳傑憲笑著說本來自己比較喜歡噴火龍的，看起來比較帥，因為自己是倒數第二個跳水的，所以有觀察到踩中間比較不會跌倒，最後也順利完成任務。

至於另一個也通過考驗的潘彥廷則是臭屁的表示自己天生平衡感好，之前偷偷觀察了一下前面的動作，之後抓到訣竅就很順利了。

雖然學弟們糗像盡出，但是今年在冬盟打出好成績的洪心騏則是相當樂觀的說，「新人就是要取悅大家，自己沒顏值就，只剩下笑果，能讓大家開心也不錯。」
